昨天在volunteer work时候收到nab邮件book了今天十点多的interview,原定凌晨3点起床，没起来，7点才起来，上网，准备问题，联系说答案。到了打电话的时候，紧张的不得了，连句子都组织不了，问的问题如下，
what motivates you to apply for this position?
what did you do in the gap between you left your last job and started this job?
what do you wanna achieve in this position /goal?
what is most important in customer service do you think?
十分钟就结束了，当然没有pass，之后点开status，就是没成功 - 比cba更阔里。
打完电话很沮丧，给Brenda打了电话，被鼓励一番，说至少证明简历是没有问题的。但是为什么这次紧张的这么厉害呢，感觉说的时候脑子一片空白居然，下来要每天练习Interview了。幸好我现在还有个casual job，要不我真得抑郁了。感觉这个电面还不如上次cba的。brenda说你要keep applying until you get there,每次都当是对自己的Practice。
加油啊我！加油啊！I've got this! 我就是要再practice!没事的！这个已经过去了，那就过去吧。It's all gone now.
